Announcement for the WH40k GT

——List Submission——
Army list must be submitted via Best Coast Pairings before the event (11/7/18) via the BCP player app. To simplify the process please use format your Battlescribe lists with the following output options selected:
– MINIMAL Output
– FLATTENED force layout
– ALL COSTS included
– NO Categories
– NO Rules
– NO Rules
– NO CUSTOM NAMES
– TITLE AND TOTALS for Header/Footer

This year, the Renegade has asked participants to purchase One or Multi-day Convention badges, in addition to the event for the game system of their choice. The reason for this is that the Badge pays for the Hotel, and the fee goes towards the event prize support, or towards making the event the best it can be.

– We will be using a Badge system for our Reservations this year.  The Con Badge is REQUIRED for access to the events of the Con.  If you want to play in any of our fantastic gaming events you will need a Badge.  If you just want to come hang out, look around, and visit the Vendor Hall, then you won’t need a badge for this year’s event.  Please look carefully below and make sure that you add a Con Badge to the Cart before you select anything else.  As always we look forward to seeing you at this year’s Renegade Open!

Do you like 40k but want to play a game in less than an hour? Do you prefer small scale games in tight, skirmish situations? The Renegade Open has you covered. The 2018 Renegade Open will be hosting 2 skirmish level 40k games, Combat Patrol, and Kill Team.

Combat Patrol is played just like standard Warhammer 40k, but on a 4′ x 4′ play area, using 400 point lists, built using a special Combat Patrol detachment. Check out the army building rules and preliminary missions below.

Combat Patrol will be offered on Friday, November 16th at 1:00 pm and will finish by 5:00 pm. The cost to enter is $10. Please note the registration page on the website currently lists 6:00 pm. The correct time is 1:00 pm.

Kill Team is the new squad sized game released this year by Games Workshop. The Renegade Open will be played using the official Matched Play rules, with special Renegade Open Missions. Check out the Kill Team Mission Packet Below
