Your Kill Team has entered the lowest levels of the Hive, seeking to plunder or to hunt those who do. Who will emerge from the depths victorious?”

An official primer packet will be up soon, but you don’t have to wait to sign up or start planning your Kill Team. We will be using the standard Kill Team rules (200 points, one codex) to play four matches using Kill Team Missions.

Since your Kill Team may be as small as four models, this Tournament is a great opportunity to try an army you don’t normally play, or to show off your modeling or painting skills. Suggested army themes include environmental effects (dust, sand, darkness and archaeotech) or movies related to deserts and tomb-robbing (Indiana Jones, Tomb Raider, The Mummy).

What does this mean for the event? 100% of the entry fee for our event will go towards Prize Support for Infinity. That’s $640.00, on top of whatever Sean Poeschl, the event Coordinator, is planning to bring to the party.

Sci-fi future… Humanity can travel through deep space via gates/wormholes, and reached out to about a dozen habitable systems by now. Humanity is still balkanized, not just by nation but by corporate allegiances too. There’s contact with another alien culture who want to annex humanity into their empires. Military action is never overt, as diplomats maintain an appearance of civility while “rogue insurgents” are dealt with “police actions” among the colonies, and “unsanctioned criminals” are eliminated with “unfortunately” too little evidence to identify them. While the main powers of humanity fight a constant cold war, an interstellar Combined Army seeks to conquer and assimilate humanity’s knowledge and technology.

Infinity is a game that simulates combat and special operations in a science fiction environment with Manga aesthetics.

Due to space considerations, this event is limited to 32 participants – make sure to register early and lock in a spot!
1) Players registering for the event need to have an ITS PIN. If they do not currently have one, they can register for one at: https://its.infinitythegame.com/register

2) Once the player has an ITS PIN and is registered via PayPal, it is very important that the player also subscribe to the event on the Infinity Events Calendar at: https://its.infinitythegame.com/event/3583

The whole process takes about 2 minutes to do, and is integral to using the Infinity Online Tournament Management Tool, so we need every single player registered.

This will be 4 rounds, 300 point + 12XP Spec Ops.

Missions cannot be determined until ITS 2017 starts in August, but plan for “Joint Operations”. All of the usual ITS rules apply: courtesy lists, 2 list format, lists must be printed using Army 6.

Please note that we are proud to host on Friday Evening a Demonstration game of Star Wars: Armada.

Registration starts at 2pm – 3pm in the Fantasy Flight Gaming Hall, and will be a minimum of four rounds, more if we have additional players.  Rounds will be one hour, with 15 min breaks in between, and one hour for dinner.  Awards will be immediately after the last game.  Follow our link above in the Registration tab to register, entry fee is $20.00.
